Customer Ranks

Every customer earns a loyalty discount automatically, based on what they have bought in the last 12 months. Your rank is applied when you log in, and it shows in your cart.

  • BronzeFrom $600 in the last 12 months 5%off
  • SilverFrom $1,201 in the last 12 months 8%off
  • GoldFrom $3,002 in the last 12 months 10%off
  • PlatinumFrom $6,004 in the last 12 months 12%off
  • DiamondFrom $12,008 in the last 12 months 15%off

New customers start with no discount and move up as their purchases add up.

Reseller Tiers

Approved resellers and trade partners get a partner discount that grows with their purchases over the last 12 months. Trade is the starting tier and applies from day one.

  • ResellerFrom $3,000 in the last 12 months 15%off
  • DistributorFrom $7,000 in the last 12 months 25%off
  • Premium DistributorFrom $20,000 in the last 12 months 35%off

Partners always receive whichever is higher: their reseller tier or their customer rank, and never less than 10%.
