Proof of Condition
To improve your return experience, we recommend taking photos of the products and the parcel/s before sending. That will be the best way to proof if the product was damaged on transport as we do not provide refund on damaged products. Ensure a measuring tape is visible in the frame for Proof of Condition, accurate Measurement Verification and Simplified Dispute Resolution. Place the product/parcel on a flat, well-lit surface and capture multiple angles. Save these photos until delivery is confirmed.
Returns
Ozroofracks is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods under our 1-Year Limited Warranty purchased through our website. We do not proccess any return/refund over the phone/whatsapp/messenger, if you purchased our product through a third party platform please refer to that platform in order to process your return.
- Within 30 days of purchase
- All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
- The full amount of brackets/washers/screws originally sold must be there.
- Tax invoice must be valid
- Change of mind is not a valid reason for return

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and we will need to open an incidence with the courier, so we will need proofs as images/photos of the package as well as the notice of delivery otherwise your complaint or refund request must go to the courier directly.

To make a warranty claim (1 year from the purchase date) the product concerned must be returned to the place of purchase with the original purchase receipt. No warranty claim will be processed without proof of purchase. All warranty claims must include receipt of purchase. The cost of returning the product to the place of purchase will be borne by the purchaser.
